Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at Mossy + Mane we respectfully requests at least 24 hour notice. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a late cancellation and will be charged 30% of the service scheduled. If you fail to provide 24 hour cancellation and no show an appointment it will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. I appreciate your cooperation with my cancellation policy, as it’s a place for is to provide the best possible service for you. All guests are responsible for canceling/rescheduling any appointments online, by phone or by text at 817-713-4909 during open business hours.
